Payments and delivery

Delivery within Croatia will be charged 4,65 € for all orders up to 85,00 € . For orders over 85,00 €, the delivery is free of charge. Your parcel will be delivered via courier services DPD.

Minimum order amount is 12,00 €.

Each ordered item, except personalized items, will be delivered by courier within three business days. Personalized items will be delivered by courier within maximum 10 business days. Minor delays in processing and delivering orders are possible during certain periods, such as sales and promotions seasons.

When purchasing, kindly leave your phone or mobile phone number so that the courier can contact you directly, if necessary.

If you are not at home when your parcel is delivered to you, the courier will either call you to arrange an alternative delivery time or leave a notice at your delivery address.

Courier services DPD and DHL deliver the international parcels (depending on the country of delivery).

Shipping time depends on the country we deliver the parcel to and the courier service that delivers it.

Free shipping is applied for orders above 150,00€ .

For non-EU countries, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.

At shop.hajduk.hr, you can pay for your order in the following ways:

• On delivery - cash payment to the courier that delivers the parcel to your address (Croatia only)
• Credit card via WSPay (Diners, Discover, Mastercard, VISA, Maestro)
• PayPal.

To protect your personal data, the WSPay™ system does not allow charging large amount or accessing your credit card number. We only see the number of the processed or cancelled transactions, in case that we cannot complete the order for some reason.

Your credit card information is NOT listed in the shophajduk.hr or HNK Hajduk š.d.d. database, but only and exclusively on the bank's server.
HNK Hajduk š.d.d. has no access into the Customer's bank details.

We use WSPay™ to authorize and charge credit cards. Your personal and credit card number information is protected by the highest security standards provided by the WSpay™ Online Credit Card Authorization System in accordance with the requirements of card issuers, card brands and PCI DSS standards. Credit card authorization and charging is carried out using the WSpay™ system for real-time card authorization and charging.

The employees of shophajduk.hr do not have access to your credit card number at any time, only the number of the authorized transaction is available to them, which enables payment of all or any part of the agreed transaction or cancellation for reasons agreed with the Customer.
