Terms and Conditions

Pay attention to the following business conditions, which apply every time you buy through our webshop. Before buying, please read them carefully, because they explain in detail everything about the purchase.

Hajduk s.d.d. is in the VAT system.

Terms of sale

Through these websites, it is possible to purchase part of the products offered by HNK Hajduk š.d.d. These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or complaining about the goods offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the products offered on these websites is the company HNK Hajduk š.d.d. with headquarters at: 8. Mediteranskih igara 2, 21000 Split, OIB: 04785516590, and the Buyer of the goods is a visitor to the website www.shop.hajduk.hr who selects at least one product and orders it via the order form. All prices on the website are expressed in euros and include VAT. Minors or completely incompetent business persons cannot buy independently through the website, but their legal representative can buy on their behalf.

Ordering

Products can be ordered via the order form on the website www.shop.hajduk.hr 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Seller will review the order and send the Buyer an Order Confirmation for products that can be delivered immediately. If the Seller is unable to deliver all the ordered products, he will inform the customer about this. The customer can accept or cancel the delivery of ordered items that are not currently available for delivery. In the order, the customer should write his personal data (name, surname, address, phone number) and the selected payment method in order to fulfil the basic requirements for administering the order.

Payment

Payment for goods is made by debit/credit card or in cash upon collection (cash payment upon collection is not possible if the order contains items with personalization).

Delivery

Delivery within Croatia is €4.65 for all orders up to €150.00, for all orders over this amount, delivery is free. Delivery is made via DPD courier service.

Each ordered item, except personalized items, is delivered by the courier service within three working days. Personalized items are delivered by the courier service within a maximum of 10 working days. During promotions, minor delays are possible during the processing and delivery of orders. When making a purchase, please kindly leave your phone or mobile phone number so that the courier can contact you in case of need.

If you are not at home when the delivery person arrives, the delivery person will contact you by phone and you will agree on the delivery date, or will leave a notice at the address.

We send products outside of Croatia by DPD and DHL (depending on the recipient's country).

The delivery time depends on the country to which we send the product, as well as the delivery service you have chosen.

For countries outside the EU, if there is a cost of shipping and customs clearance, the cost is borne by the buyer.

Return and exchange of goods

In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days of receiving their order.

Products may be returned or exchanged provided they are returned in their original packaging and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Items may be exchanged for:

the same product in a different size, or
another product (or products)
within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item and shipping the replacement item, except where the product is found to have a manufacturing defect or has been damaged prior to delivery.

Non-Returnable Personalised Products

The following personalised products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jerseys with player names, custom names, numbers or sponsor prints
  • phone cases
  • Personalised ceramic mugs

These products are made specifically to your order and are therefore exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. All purchases of personalised products are final.

Please ensure all personalisation details, sizes and product selections are correct before completing your purchase.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by means of a clear statement. The easiest way to do this is by completing our online Withdrawal Form available on our website.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been shipped back to us, whichever occurs first.

The return will be considered timely if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

The Withdrawal Form can be completed and submitted electronically through our website.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request by email without undue delay.

Complaints and exchanges

HNK Hajduk s.d.d. is liable for defects in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act.

A complaint will be considered valid once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to meet the legal conditions for a valid claim under the applicable legislation.

If the complaint is accepted, the product will be replaced within 15 days of receiving the valid complaint.

To submit a complaint regarding a product purchased through our webshop, please complete the Complaint Form and send it together with:

  • the original receipt or proof of purchase, and
  • the product concerned

If the complaint relates to a manufacturing defect or damaged product, all shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

In all other cases (such as exchanging a size or selecting a different product), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Instead of a replacement, customers may choose another available product or request a refund by exercising their right of withdrawal.

If the replacement product has a higher purchase price than the original item, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Split, Croatia.

We are not responsible for any loss that may occur to you from using the site. Pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they can submit a written complaint regarding their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service.
