Return and Exchange
In accordance with Article 72 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, every consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance within 14 days.
Products may be returned or exchanged provided they are sent back to the seller in their original packaging and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Ordered items may be exchanged for the same item in a different size or for another item (or items) within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and sending the replacement item, except in cases where the item has physical defects that were not caused by the customer.
JERSEYS WITH CUSTOM PRINTING (PLAYER NAME, CUSTOM NAME, NUMBER OR SPONSOR PRINT), ALL MOBILE PHONE CASES, AND CERAMIC MUGS WITH A CUSTOM NAME CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED! THESE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS, MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU, AND THEIR PURCHASE IS FINAL. PLEASE TAKE EXTRA CARE WHEN SELECTING AND ORDERING THESE ITEMS!
Instructions for Withdrawal from the Contract
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by means of an unequivocal statement. The easiest way to do this is by completing the online withdrawal form available on our website.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever occurs first.
You are deemed to have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal notice by email without undue delay.

Complaints and Exchanges
HNK Hajduk s.d.d. is liable for defects in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act.
A complaint will be considered valid if, upon inspection, the product is found to meet the conditions for a valid complaint under the Croatian Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. In such cases, the product will be replaced within 15 days of receiving the valid complaint.

In the event of a physical defect in the product, the seller bears the shipping costs for returning and replacing the item. In all other cases (such as exchanging for a different size or another item), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Instead of a replacement, the customer may choose another product or request a refund by exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.
If the newly selected product is more expensive than the original one, the customer is required to pay the price difference.
