According to the Consumer Protection Act, Article 72, every consumer can terminate a contract concluded outside the premises or concluded remotely within 14 days.
Return or exchange of goods is possible if you did not remove the original labels from the ordered items and after presenting the relevant invoice. Ordered items can be exchanged for the same items of another size or another item(s) within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. If you want, we can also refund the money to your current account (please enclose a copy of the current account card when returning the parcel). In case the parcel is paid with a credit card, the refund is made by sending a request to the credit card company to cancel the transaction.
PayPal payments can be refunded within 60 days of making the purchase. In the event of a refund, the money will be credited back to your PayPal account.
The costs of shipping the item back and resending it are borne by the customer.
