Terms and Conditions

Pay attention to the following business conditions, which apply every time you buy through our webshop. Before buying, please read them carefully, because they explain in detail everything about the purchase.

BY CONFIRMING THE ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE STATED TERMS OF BUSINESS.

The site is managed by HNK Hajduk š.d.d., a company registered in Croatia. The address of the headquarters is 8. Mediteranskih igare 2, 21000 Split. The number of the court register in which the company is registered is 060256739. The contact phone number is +385 21 585 233, and the e-mail address is webshop@hajduk.hr. Hajduk s.d.d. is in the VAT system.

Through these websites, it is possible to purchase part of the products offered by HNK Hajduk š.d.d. These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or complaining about the goods offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the products offered on these websites is the company HNK Hajduk š.d.d. with headquarters at: 8. Mediteranskih igara 2, 21000 Split, OIB: 04785516590, and the Buyer of the goods is a visitor to the website www.shop.hajduk.hr who selects at least one product and orders it via the order form. All prices on the website are expressed in euros and include VAT. Minors or completely incompetent business persons cannot buy independently through the website, but their legal representative can buy on their behalf.

Products can be ordered via the order form on the website www.shop.hajduk.hr 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Seller will review the order and send the Buyer an Order Confirmation for products that can be delivered immediately. If the Seller is unable to deliver all the ordered products, he will inform the customer about this. The customer can accept or cancel the delivery of ordered items that are not currently available for delivery. In the order, the customer should write his personal data (name, surname, address, phone number) and the selected payment method in order to fulfil the basic requirements for administering the order.

Payment for goods is made by debit/credit card or in cash upon collection (cash payment upon collection is not possible if the order contains items with personalization).

Delivery within Croatia is €4.65 for all orders up to €150.00, for all orders over this amount, delivery is free. Delivery is made via DPD courier service.

Each ordered item, except personalized items, is delivered by the courier service within three working days. Personalized items are delivered by the courier service within a maximum of 10 working days. During promotions, minor delays are possible during the processing and delivery of orders. When making a purchase, please kindly leave your phone or mobile phone number so that the courier can contact you in case of need.

If you are not at home when the delivery person arrives, the delivery person will contact you by phone and you will agree on the delivery date, or will leave a notice at the address.

We send products outside of Croatia by DPD and DHL (depending on the recipient's country).

The delivery time depends on the country to which we send the product, as well as the delivery service you have chosen.

For countries outside the EU, if there is a cost of shipping and customs clearance, the cost is borne by the buyer.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, Article 72, every consumer is able to terminate a contract concluded off-premises or concluded remotely within 14 days. Return or exchange of goods is possible in the case of sending to the seller in the original packaging and with a presentation of the invoice. The ordered items can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or another item (or items) within 14 days of receiving the package.

The cost of returning and resending the item is borne by the buyer, unless the item has physical damage beyond the buyer's control.

IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE AND RETURN PRINTED JERSEYS, MOBILE PHONE MASKS AND CERAMIC MUGS WITH NAMES!

You can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

In order to be able to exercise the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must notify us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the end of the term, by an unequivocal statement sent by post, fax or e-mail, in which you will state your name, address, telephone number, fax or e-mail address, and you can also use the attached sample form for unilateral termination of the contract, which is attached to these instructions.

The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or to a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier.

If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will return the money we received from you, no later than within 14 days from the day we received your decision on 

unilateral termination of the contract.

The refund will be made in the same way you made the payment.

We can issue a refund only after the goods have been returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you sent the goods back to us.

It is considered that you have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us before the expiration of 14 days from the day you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.

You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

We will send you the confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.

HNK Hajduk s.d.d. assumes responsibility for material defects in accordance with the Obligatory Relationships Act.

We will consider the complaint as valid if, after examining the product, we determine that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Obligatory Relations Act and the Consumer Protection Act, in which case we will replace the product within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint.

Complaints about items purchased through our web shop can be submitted by filling out the complaint form and sending it together with the invoice and the claimed goods to the address of HNK Hajduk š.d.d. (for webshop), 8. Mediteranskih igare 2, 21000 Split.

The costs of delivery and return of the product in case of a physical lack of the product are borne by the seller, and in other cases by the buyer (this refers to a change in size, item, etc.).

The customer can choose another product or request a refund through unilateral termination of the Agreement

In case the new product chosen by the customer is more expensive than the existing one, the customer will pay the difference.

We try to ensure that the images of the products on the site are as faithful as possible to the original, but there is always the possibility of a difference in the shade of color between the products in reality and in the images.

Posts or comments that in any way incite violence, hatred and any kind of intolerance are strictly prohibited. You must not use offensive language, be aggressive or abuse any other person. All information you provide must be accurate, true. You must use your own identity at all times while using the Site and you must ensure that any information you provide to us is accurate and up to date. You may not use information about third parties, unless you have their permission. Hacking, unauthorized access of any kind to the site that may cause the inability to use it or installation of viruses or similar elements is not allowed. The use of "spam" is also prohibited. We are not responsible for any loss that may occur to you from using the site. If you have a password as part of our security parameters, you must treat the information as confidential and must not disclose it to anyone. We may deny access to anyone who does not comply with these terms.

Pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 41/14), we inform consumers that they can submit a written complaint regarding their dissatisfaction with the purchased product or service.
