The complaint on the item purchased online is submitted as follows:

- contact us at webshop@hajduk.hr and we will send you a ccomplaint form, which you have to fill out and send along with the invoice and the purchased item to the following address:

The return shipping costs will be borne by the Custumer.

 

The returned item will be carefully and professionally checked and we will respond to your complaint within 15 days.

 

Regardless of whether the complaint is accepted or rejected, we will notify you within 15 days of receiving your request. You can generally expect a complaint decision within 14 days.

 

In case of an approved complaint, the Customer can choose another product. If that product is more expensive, the Customer will bear the difference in costs.
